we had a problem are card reader didn't read but charged are card anyway (didn't know it so I put cash in) when we got home to Minnesota seen it charged our card, so I called them it was only $11.00 so I thought they would do nothing but when I talked to Ken, he was a stand-up guy and was able to credit my card just don't see that anymore and it was a great wash too!! thanks Ken from the pain in Minnesota!!, Dan
