Jean and everyone else at Park Avenue Bridals are absolutely amazing! My bridesmaids bought their dresses here and let me tell you, they were absolutely stunning! They offer a great variety of styles so if you're looking for a cute chiffon dress, or a sexy mermaid dress, they have all that and in between. Everyone that works there is super helpful and they will do whatever they can to make you happy! I HIGHLY recommend Park Avenue Bridals. Thank you so much to everyone for all your help! The dresses looked phenomenal!

I went to Park Ave Bridals back in the summer of 2011. My consultant was very kind & respectful of my budget. She told me that every dress I brought a pic of was out of my budget, but she brought out 6 dresses of similar styles. I found the perfect dress, but still went to David’s Bridal in Springfield to try some less expensive styles. The experience was horrible (rude consultant who didn’t help me get dressed & opened the door while I was half naked), so I ran back to Park Ave Bridals and got my gown. I found the most amazing, unique designer wedding dress at Park Avenue. I came into the store thinking i wanted a particular look (lace/vintage, fitted, etc), but after trying on a number of dresses that had different elements that I liked (I must of tried on 20 dresses), the salesperson found THE PERFECT DRESS. It was a Lazaro, and I knew immediately that it was the one. The only think I didn't like was the cap sleeves - but the seamstress promised to turn it into tank sleeves. I purchased my dress at Park Ave and it is BEAUTIFUL...BUT GO ELSEWHERE for alterations!!!! They LOST my veil at my final fitting (3 days before my wedding!!!) I had to take one off the rack!!!, The seamstresses were nice, but NOT VERY GOOD. I had to have my hem REDONE the night before the wedding (it was coming undone on the HANGER!!!). Talk about last minute stress!!!! And they charge WAY too much!!! They charged $300 for SIMPLE alterations (taking it in and shortening the hem) AND then charged ANOTHER $100 to bustle it!!!... read more

VERY UNSATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT AND SERVICE VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE SERVICE AND QUALITY OF THE BRIDESMAID DRESS THAT I PURCHASED FROM PARK AVE BRIDAL. THE GOWN WASN'T FITTED PROPERLY THE ZIPPERBROKE TWICE THE DAY OF THE WEDDING THE ZIPPER BROKE AND I HAD TO BE SEWN INTOTHE DRESS. THEY WERE VERY RUDE AND NOT AT ALL HELPFUL WITH THIS PROBLEM THEYREINBURSED ME 40.00 ON A 300.00 DRESS THREE OF THE OTHER BRIDESMAIDS DRESSESWERE TORN OR BROKEN ZIPPERS
