Everyone at Park Avenue was so nice and helpful, they made my experience one I will never forget. My consultant did a fabulous job and finding me the perfect dress, and she had her work cut out for her too because I had absolutely no idea what I wanted when I walked into that store! I just bought my dress at this store and they were AMAZING! From the moment I walked in just to look around and make an appointment, I felt like I really wanted to get my dress there. I worked with Diana and she was so helpful and sweet. She ended up showing me the perfect dress that I absolutely loved but was nothing like what I had imagined. She really has an eye for what will look good on certain figures. All in all, I had a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend Park Ave. to any bride out there. - Adrienne

BUYER BEWARE... The receptionist is the worst part of this place. She was unfriendly and acted like it was a pain for her to help me and my bridesmaids. She basically refused to help us. Mediocre selection of dresses and styles (especially bridesmaids). I will not be going back or recommending.

Best place to shop for gowns. I've been all around Jacksonville trying on so many gowns that was no where near my size, because im very small, until I found this store. They carry a variety of sizes in so many beautiful dresses. So I found my perfect wedding dress here though I still needed alterations but I didn't have to pay so much for it since my dress was close to my size. The staff was very helpful, they gave the best service out of all the stores I visited. Highly recommended for brides! :)
