I took an appointment for oil change on my BMW X1. As well there was some noise coming from the back of my car. I explained the situation to Jan my technical advisor and within few minutes he told me there is a part that need to be replace. All was in stock and the job was done. I am very happy with the technical support that Jan provided to me and the car is running as a new one. Thank you Jan for your support.
After an extensive search, we recently purchased a preowned X5 from BMW Brossard. My dealings were mainly with Simon Laniel and he was consistently straight up professional. Communications were very good and in a timely fashion. Even the slightly unusual requests or issues were addressed quickly and in a courteous manner, with the support of the sales team (Thomas and Bruno).
