Make sure you read what you’re signing there service invoice. they do not stand behind their work I had a horrible experience with them I brought my truck in for an oil leak. They told me the shocks were leaking replaced the shocks went back two more times still had an oil leak they replaced my radiator and damage my air-conditioning hose. And the lack of communication is ridiculous. I had to call the shop two times to find out what was going on with my work truck sometimes they don’t even answer the phone. I came to Park Ave Auto because a friend recommended them and their family had been customers for years. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I purchased a car from them that, I later found out, had significant rust issues. This was never disclosed to me at the time of purchase or the many services after purchase, even though I later overheard Eric Sr. complaining to other customers about having to work on “rusty cars”.
