DO NOT rent from them. Horrible management. They do not pay their maintenance(building managers) enough so we have people that are not able to keep and maintain the buildings in a good shape. I'm glad I'm moving out soon. The building that I'm in is deteriorating. Oh, there's mice in here. A mouse died in my mailbox. The mail person was kind enough to not leave our mail in the box. That pushed me to finally move after six years of being patient and putting up with Wright Weber. Six years too long.
THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. they will not give you back your security deposit even if you have pictures proving you left the place clean. They don't fix anything, even if it is a major problem. Dawn Weber and Jose at the Green Bay location are horrible at responding to anything.
Horrible rental practices. I worked there and it's shady. Read your leases before signing
Bad management. Three different in less than two years.
