I have 2 ESA cats and because of this I'm not allowed to rent an apartment from them in the Neenah area. when I called to try and peacefully talk to them I was meet by a extremely rude supervisor Dian. before I could really say anything she hung up on me.
Slum lords , money hungry , unethical , 10/10 DO NOT recommend renting from them.
RecommendedDespite the other review... I love my landlord. I live in the Raven Ridge apartments in Denmark and I had nothing but amazing experience with the managers. If something is broken or needs to be looked at, I personally contact the manager and no questions asked will come at my convenience to fix, repair, or replace. The only thing I did not appreciate was one of the old managers was cutting the lawn while I had my family over for Mother's Day and was cutting right next to us blowing the clippings at us. Worst place to rent from in the Green Bay Area.
slum lords! all they want to do is steal your money! I tried to contact Paul about an issue we were having; I left him numerous voicemails, went to the office to see him (wasn’t there suprise suprise), had Paul finally answer the phone only to hang up on me, and I even called corporate and NOTHING! horrible management all the way from Paul to the owner of Ravina!

SCAM ! Make sure you read the lease before signing and have in writing if things need to be fixed before move in . I definitely do NOT recommend renting from them .
