I lived in the penthouse here at 525 Park Avenue. We had great veiws and a 360 degree balcony around the entire top floor.The elevator with the turn of the key dropped you right into the penthouse!. Green Itailian marble flooring, Jen air stove with exhaust hood to grill inside.Great doorman that all have been here forever.Close to tge theatre district, Central Park is a few blocks away.Katz's delicantesent and many fine dinning restaurants in walking distance!. Disorganized, careless, and you will probably need half a day just to deal with their bad schedule. They also overcharge above insurance, so most likely will end up with an extra uncovered bill
