Michelle is not really well, in my opinion. I went there as arranged by my amazing partner, who has been to see her multiple times. I was told that she would need to push the session back 15 minutes, which was okay. I got there, greeted by a huge couch on its side in the stairwell, a sliding door ajar, and a dog barking at me. The dog turned out to be sweet enough, (I have a dog, don't mind dogs!) and Michelle was busy with another client in the service room, unaware of my presence. Michelle was recommended to me by my personal trainer. She is my go-to for pain relief, and I've had some pretty bad ones: 1. Psoas muscle/lower back (relief in about a week) 2. Neck pain 3. Shoulder pain relief 4. Muscular imbalance 5. Hip flexor/calves Totally recommend her!
