Had to call numerous times before rqst was attended to.
Bad communication between Dr and patient i have to call thousands times to let me know the results of my tests; they made me sick more than I am ; nurses refuse to send message to Dr Nassim about my concern ; last test showed that I have cholesterol and they didn't inform only when I called them after many tries they message the Dr I had to give me medicine; my experience was really horrible with them
I'm having an allergic reaction to my pain medication and the number is disconnected.. I have no other way of speaking to the Doctor and I'm not going to the hospital again
Trust and believe that the staff is incompetent. I called and spoke with "ASHLEY"...who scheduled an appt for me on 12-2-2024 for Dr. Sayegh on 12-09-2024 @ 1:30p only to arrive on the scheduled date, in a Wheelchair to find out that she forgot to schedule me. What an inconvenience for a handicapped patient. I'm DONE!!!!
