Service team members always go above and beyond. Huge thank you to Jennifer for helping to resolve my issue and following up with me to ensure I understood the gap and more importantly what steps they were putting in place to ensure it is caught in the future
I came from a shop to pick up parts just so this dude to tell me it’s out of stock. And then had the audacity to lie to my boss and tell him that I never spoke to him/ didn’t give him my shop name……like dude. You’re the only one on the desk. Horrible service.
