Unacceptable for a BMW service center. They cancelled our appointment on the DAY OF - no call, no reason, just an email. We had to call back ourselves to reschedule. When we came for the rescheduled appointment an employee in a BMW shirt greeted us, asked what service we came for, and took our keys - obviously we assumed we were checked in. TWO HOURS later we found out NOTHING was done. Apparently we were supposed to wait for some other person - but nobody told us that, and why would we think so after handing over our keys? ... read more
Got a flat tire on 80 and called BMW. Park ave picked me up in 10 min, got me a loaner in 5 minutes and I was out of there.Went back 2 hours later and car was done. They are the best!
