The worst service. I will never go back there. If you have an extended warranty don't expect to get good service. They don't want to be bothered with extended warranty companies. First they charge an administration fee to deal with the warranty company. Then they told me my claim was denied when in fact the only reason it was, was because they asked for pictures which Park Ave wouldn't send them and then they told me another repair wasn't covered yet it was. I cannot say enough good things about Samantha and her team. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make sure I felt heard and taken care of. It really blows my mind how this service Center only has 4.1 stars when I consistently get five star service every single time I come here. From the staff who answer the phone (like the superstar who scheduled me) to service advisors like Larry, tow truck drivers like George and ancillary staff in between, everyone knows what to do and does it well.
