Daryl at the service desk made things easier than expected. Questions were answered quickly, nothing felt dragged out, and the situation stayed under control the whole time. It was clear effort was being made to keep things moving without extra noise.
It took my father and me two hours for a simple oil change. It shouldn't even take this long. 30-40 minutes max. I could've gone anywhere else, paid a little extra, and gotten it done in less than 30 minutes. This is odd.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this BMW service center. My BMW is currently at this service facility, and unfortunately, the Christmas gifts for my younger son were left inside the vehicle. On December 23, I contacted the service center, clearly explained the situation, and asked until what time the service department would be open on December 24, so I could retrieve the gifts. They do not know anything they guess on the problem. Can not Explain an issue to the Customer. And are extremely rude. Would not ever recommend somebody to go there. And they have no acknowledge of how things work.
I cannot recommend Park Ave Service enough! I have been coming here for over 5 years and every time it has always been a pleasure but this mornings interaction was especially great! I came in for an issue with both my key fobs and after realizing it was user error 🤦🏻♀️ they fixed the fobs quickly and then took my car to be washed, fluids topped off and tires checked and air added. Daryl the service advisor was amazing, had a great attitude and solved the problem incredibly quickly!
