Terrible service at Acura. They promise premium motor oil but sneak in cheap generic instead, ripping off customers who pay extra.
Wouldn’t normally right a review, but I was moving to new house this morning and when I got into my car this morning, noticed I had a flat tire. Brought it to this shop at 8:30 in the morning and delt with Juan and he went above and beyond. Had no appointment nothing and they were already busy, but I was able to drop my car off and he really was able to see I was rushing and stressed out and was able to help me out.
