I brought in my 2026 integra aspec with a 122 miles brand new with an issue with glove box handle,and the service manager George Duarte told me he couldn’t do anything because the car wasn’t purchassed at their dealership….poor customer service…stay away from this dealership
Every time I bring my wife’s car in for any kind of service, Mr. Ugar Williams takes very good care of her/me. He’s professional, honest, respectful, and goes out of his way to make sure everything is set ahead of time, especially when needing a loaner. He deserves every acknowledgment coming his way. Truly an asset to the service department. Thank you, Ugar.
Best Acura service center. Service was top notch. A+
Have brought my Acura there for several years for regular maintenance and have had no issues. Once I had an issue that required a deeper dive, they repeatedly stated everything was working as it should and made the same check/repair several times. Once I got corporate involved they finally replaced something different albeit the issue still persists. I decided to change service centers because that really left a sour taste in my mouth.
I want to commend Carlos (manager) and Chris who always give me top level customer service! I had a couple issues with my 2022 Acura MDX types S Apex Blue and they have taken care of all the issues. They made a mistake and scuffed a custom painted roof rack storage device and did not hesitate to repaint and fix the issue! They are awesome!!!!
