Honest and reasonable, not to mention reliable service!! Rick truly cares about his customers!! He’s made a positive impact within Hamilton and beyond. Picked up a certified car on Saturday and it barely made it home brakes barely work "they do nothing until the pedal is 3/4 of the way to the floor" whole suspension rattles in the front of the car and the front tires are down to the wear bar and have chunks out of them. Will be taking it in for an additional safety and possibly a lawsuit to the mechanic and the car salesman. Don't shop here the mechanic and the car salesman are shady AF...... !!!UPDATE!!!!
