Name of apartments is Park at Northside. Need repair outside and inside. Phone line in some kitchens don't work and some bedrooms have no phone jacks. Managemant say renters have to repair lines and get jacks installed. Some windows don't have screens. Doors don't secure properly and are easy to break into. Fitness center suppose to be open 24/7, but isn't. Renters don't have key access or have the code to the key pad and the key pad is not functioning either. Possible drug deals in parking lot.
