My son lived there 3yrs, paid cat fee monthly, they assured upon leasing tear and wear from a pet would be covered with such fee. When he left was charged $1,900 which included “new” carpet and extras! Most apt won’t charge anything after a 3 yrs lease when the condition of the place is acceptable i am glad he left!!! Wouldn’t recommend this place at all.
I lived at this property for 3 years and was a responsible tenant the entire time. Upon move out, I was hit with a completely unreasonable $1,500 charge for “carpet pet treatment.” Charging this amount after already collecting $1,050 in pet rent fees feels excessive and honestly like a way to squeeze extra money out of tenants. I paid a $300 pet fee upfront and $25/month in pet rent consistently for 3 years which was more than enough by now to cover normal wear. Be very cautious if you have pets and plan to live here. Toured this apartment and I loved it shout out to Cash she was very helpful to me and my roommate. Only reason we didn’t pick it was cause it was far from my job. Staff is very friendly and will go the extra mile.
Current resident. When I was pregnant and on maternity leave, I was very sensitive to cigarette smoking. There was a chainsmoker in the building next to me, who smoked just about every 2 hours all day long. I was so sick from the smell of tobacco and I did reach out to the smoker and asked him for consideration, but he ignored me.
