After reading the reviews, looks like I dodged a bullet for sure!! I will seek advice for return of my fees. The leasing agent insisted on me applying while sitting there, when I questioned about the $250 fees, she led me to believe I was going to get the admin fee back if I did not get into the property. Did not get the rental and out $250. I have lived her for 2 years. Its really quite. The office is always friendly and clean. Maintenance is always quick, in and out.
