A friend lives here Absolutely horrible. She dealt with mold and the maintenance never fixed it fully. They barely "patched" the issue. Friend's upstairs neighbor went to hospital for a week and a half due to mold related health issues. As you can see from other reviews....other Tennants are dealing with same thing. Honestly never put a review before for anything, but this place has upset me I’ve lived here now for about 4 years going on 5, quite a while now. So from the beginning management was great never had an issue or complaints, They took care of the community. As of recently when new management came things changed and not a good change. Update...gave them another month. Still awful and getting worse STAY AWAY. There is a reason they are offering all of these "deals" and it is because they cannot keep Tennants. Stay away if you value your health, safety, and sanity. Their definition of "fix" is ridiculous. Leasing Pressure & Inaccurate Move-In Condition- Confusing Leasing Process and Inaccurate Move-In Condition I visited The Tribute on 9/30 because the staff said it was the last day to qualify for a move-in special. I was told their new online system required me to sign the lease and pick up keys first — making me a resident — before anything else could move forward.
