Our move to the tribute was smooth and stress free. Upon looking at the unit there were a view things that needed to get done. Primarily resealing the bathtub that had a severe crack, it was fixed in about a month or so even if they had to redo it since the contractor originally messed up which is understandable since it was out of their control. Was a resident at this apartment complex for close to two years.here are the pros and cons of my time.. Pros: Great with maintenance request. Often resolved within the next day. Maintaince staff is very, very, very nice, helpful and responsive. I feel like they go beyond in terms of customer service and always work mask when working during covid. There is a security issue. There have been multiple car break ins and I have seen peoples car get put on bricks due to theft of tires. Having my packages stolen is one thing but if you are aware of car break ins this property needs to consider security guards.
Great office staff!! I love Shakerra, Ms.Sherri and Gabby. Such a dreamteam and always there when I need them!! I don't know what I would do without them!
