I was looking for a good place for me and my kid a safe place and when I went in I was skeptical, but Kashanti made it easy ! I love the property and the people here are amazing the management are great! I moved in and it was a smooth transition.! Me and my child love it here .!!

Current resident. When I was pregnant and on maternity leave, I was very sensitive to cigarette smoking. There was a chainsmoker in the building next to me, who smoked just about every 2 hours all day long. I was so sick from the smell of tobacco and I did reach out to the smoker and asked him for consideration, but he ignored me. I then reached out to the leasing office who replied to my email, ensuring me that they would reach out and that this was a smoke free community. I love it here. It's a nice area, most people are nice. No one bothers you. It's peaceful.
