Due to the elevator being broken at building 8 again, the trash services have caused the litter pictured below. This is one of many problems at the complex. A key example is that we have put in several work orders for problems in apartment such as peeling paint or leaks, only for the AI assistant to almost immediately say that the problem is solved when no one has addressed the issue. The office staff is rude and disengaged. When employees first start, they seem friendly and motivated, but over time it feels like management wears them down and morale drops within them, it’s sad. Walking into the office, you’re often met with staff staring at their computers without acknowledging you. Update… May now… I come home from a trip and my ac is out, I call emergency maintenance because it’s 11pm and they say they can’t help until day time… my apartment is 86 degrees… SHITTY APARTMENT AVOID AT ALL COST, Maintenance and management won’t help, and will just make excuses One move in day my ac didn’t work….
