1. Maintenance is disappointing. We had a water leak around our window seal, and instead of properly fixing the issue, they simply painted over it. 2. The dog poop situation is ridiculous. There’s dog poop all over the grass because they don’t provide enough poop bags, and the poop trash cans are constantly overflowing. 3. Parking is a nightmare. don’t rent here unless you want your car towed and maintenance to not reply to you. edit- we out 2 trash bags and a single small sized box outside and the trash people only took one trash bag like they have to carry it?? they legit have a dumpster they push around and i can guarantee our one single trash bag was not impacting that.
The office staff is rude and disengaged. When employees first start, they seem friendly and motivated, but over time it feels like management wears them down and morale drops within them, it’s sad. Walking into the office, you’re often met with staff staring at their computers without acknowledging you. There also doesn’t seem to be much teamwork among the office staff, it feels more like everyone is looking out for themselves. Ya son 3 años viviendo aquí. Los apartamentos son nuevos, muy bonitos, todo es de buena calidad y moderno. La piscina es hermosa y siempre está cuidada. El gimnasio está bien equipado. He ido a apartamentos de amigos/familiares y no se compara. Al ser una propiedad tan nueva no hay de que quejarse. Lo recomiendo
