The location itself is beautiful. The wife and I have been living here for two plus years. Management I would say responds 90% of the time to emails. Overall a good experience living here. However I do have to call out some of the tenants living here with dogs: some (not all) do not pick up after their dogs. It’s literally a minefield of turds. So awhile back I had a bad review and today it changed because of one person, Nick in the front office is such a amazing help and always make us feel like we are very welcomed, he deserves a raise for his helpfulness and support and genuinely makes us feel good about the area. So I’m glad to call this a home again.
9 months my roof has leaked. I keep putting in maintenance tickets and they say it's fixed and it only gets worse. The leak is now in three rooms. And don't let maintenance change a fried lightbulb from a short caused by the leaks or they'll charge you $20 for it. And leave the wires exposed when they leave.
