I don’t really have any more issues and Amid and Robert keeps my breeze way intact.
They are not resident-friendly. The rents are very high. Maintenance is very low. And no follow-up.
Zero stars!!! I would not recommend moving here. It's a DIY property. From fixing the basic essentials to heavy lifting objects like the stove and refrigerator. To securing your apartment from thrives. Because they only provide entry door knobs. Plus, anyone off the street (Memorial Dr./Village Sqare Dr.) can enter the building. There is no emergency maintenance response when calling their phone number, or their corporate office, or other communities in the state. My friend's apartment flooded with sewage water due to faulty pipes and plumbing during memorial day weekend and management is completely unreachable. Absolutely horrible customer service and lack of forethought and preparation for 1. Residents and 2. Emergencies. I was suppose to get my deposit back but it was never mailed to me. (Someone in the office when I first moved there told me that money goes missing there and to keep receipts of payment.) No one wants to answer the phones or email back, when there is 3-4 ppl in the office. Ppl in the office are always on their phones facetiming and not giving any attension to tenants.
