Older smaller building with many longterm tenants. Apartments are large and spacious and underground parking available. Pets allowed! 🐾🐾
Where to begin.. We rented at 430 11th st. that was managed by Princeton Place Apartments and Paula was working there at the time. She promised us that the apartment was newly renovated with brand new kitchen appliances. We were moving from Ontario so we trusted Paula's word and signed a lease without having seen the apartment. Once we arrived, the kitchen did NOT have new appliances and the place was filthy.
