This place shouldn't even exist. There is constant noise and no insulation. Also roaches! No matter what apartment you're in this is the case. It smells like laundry chemicals or some kind of nasty food 70% of the time.
This place shouldn't even exist. There is constant noise and no insulation. Also roaches! No matter what apartment you're in this is the case. It smells like laundry chemicals or some kind of nasty food 70% of the time.
Getting maintenance to come fix the simplest issues is like pulling teeth.
Very nice newly renovated apartments. Prompt with maintenance and easy to communicate with.
They have non existent management,,, failed housing and stillc refuse to communicate. I have smoke stinky stuff flowing out of both exhaust fans. Have them plastics shut, ruining all my belongings, found black mold under toilet, garbage disposal broke, have waited year to get locks changed,,, patio door unlockable,maintenance yells and screams if has to look at ...more. Yet STILL WONT COMMUNICATE. WOULDNT ALLOW FIRE DEPARTMENT TO CHECK SMOKE FILLED UNIT...................SIGN RIGHT UP FOLKS.
