Had the best experience! Everyone is extremely kind and empathetic. Dr Sandra is extremely knowledgeable and provided me with so much help! They take the time to hear you out and offer the best care! My advice would be to leave a voice message and wait to hear back, they are a same day walk-in treatment clinic. Which means you need to call on the day of your visit. They are also very accommodating and compassionate! Especially Judy, such a kind soul!
I’m sure other practitioners here are qualified but Dr. Jiwani is unequivocally not. I can tell just by reading the other reviews who has experienced a visit from him, and who managed to dodge him. He should have his certification removed, he is clearly totally out of touch with medicine, and has zero interest in solving your problem. Sad that the taxpayer is paying for him to play pretend doctor, it seems like he came out of retirement to make an extra buck. Great receptionist Dr Lee is… interesting Wouldn’t be my first, or fifth choice if I had to come here again
Left a message before 10am and did not receive a call back. Tried calling again at noon and left a message if they could see my 91-year-old mother and again never received a call back. Very poor service and terrible appointment booking procedure. Terrible treatment of the elderly that need better access to healthcare. Luckily, we found a doctor that responded to our in-person appointment request. Park and Tilford should at least call back if they don't have space and provide other options.
