Every concern I have had about my apartment has been ignorned and swept under the rug without any actions being taken by the leasing office. They ignore all of my concerns. I have told them many times I do not feel safe in my apartment and that it is not in livable conditions and they do not want to do anything to repair my apartment or accommodate to make sure I am receiving the services I agrees to in my leasing contract. DO NOT MOVE HERE! HORRIBLE OFFICE MANAGEMENT / HIGH LEVELS OF CRIME. They don't try to do anything about all the stranded parked cars. half the cars don't have license plates and can't park between the two lines. Cops practically have a precinct here with all the crime. Why need security if the cops drive by every 5 mins.
