the owner steals peoples deposits, ive watched him swindle everyone so beware, also they do zero background checks and rent to criminal and drug users, they refused to help me, i lived here for 4 years, and after being attacked several times, i was given a 30 day notice to move out and the courts granted the eviction even though i never missed rent. the maintenance man is a pedo and is wasted by 2pm so nothing gets done.
