I’ve been training with Jason for 16 years. He has helped me gain strength and agility so that I can continue to compete in various sports at 77 years old. He possesses a deep knowledge of kinesiology and motivation. His sessions are varied so that each one feels like a new challenge. It is great to see young athletes achieve their goals under his guidance and coaching,also. I highly recommend his speed school for youth and his general training regime for adults.
Jason trains my daughter who plays softball. He teaches proper technique to avoid lifting injuries. Jason creates a program focused on enhancing her performance on the field. I highly recommend him!
Jason is the best. Super knowledgeable about exercise performance. And one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet.
