I have been going to Parisi for 3 years now and I love it! They fully unlocked my athletic capabilities. After tearing my acl they helped me get back to where I was in no time. I knew I was in good hands with Parisi after tearing my acl.

Excellent, small workout classes for youth! Coaches are phenomenal with the kids. I love that I pay one fee and am able to sign my son up to as many classes offered within his age range.

I can't say enough good things about the Parisi Speed School of Franklin Lakes and its staff. The training helped my boys improve both physically and from a confidence level. The trainers' knowledge and encouragement facilitated the improvement that has been visibly noticeable in my boys' speed, strength, agility and confidence, which has been carried onto the court/field.
