Excellent, small workout classes for youth! Coaches are phenomenal with the kids. I love that I pay one fee and am able to sign my son up to as many classes offered within his age range.

I can't say enough good things about the Parisi Speed School of Franklin Lakes and its staff. The training helped my boys improve both physically and from a confidence level. The trainers' knowledge and encouragement facilitated the improvement that has been visibly noticeable in my boys' speed, strength, agility and confidence, which has been carried onto the court/field. The facility and environment is amazing. All the coaches and trainers know what they're doing and are great to be with. If you want your kids to be involved in exercise and sports performance, Parisi is the way to go!!
