Fantastic trainers/coaches. We have seen such a change in our kids abilities and their confidence. They love coming to work!
Parisi Speed school came to our school for a week of training before our season. We are in our third year of flag football with many talented but inexperienced athletes. Coach John Cirilo and team brought their expertise in speed, strength and conditioning. The girls improved on technique and work ethic as the week went on.
