Parisi is an incredible experience for all ages and abilities. My daughters are 10 and 8 and beg to go as often as possible. They enjoy all of the coaches and enjoy working with each of them. Everyone in the facility is kind and welcoming. The coaches know how hard to push to get the best results while still being supportive and encouraging. We noticed a difference after only one session.
The staff makes this experience amazing for the kids. They are patient and make sessions fun! Highly recommend!!
If you’re looking for a place that truly develops young athletes the right way, I can’t recommend Parisi Speed & Agility in Fairfield highly enough. The biggest thing Parisi gave my son wasn’t just increased strength or speed, it was teaching him how to lift correctly. Since joining Parisi Speed School in mid-April, Noah’s running times have improved so much in such a short period of time. 100m: 16.73 ➡️ 15.15 200m: 34.39 ➡️ 31.49 400m: 1:19.50 ➡️ 1:10.43 The difference has been incredible to watch. Not just faster times, but better endurance, stronger finishes, more confidence, and a better understanding of how to race. The work, coaching, and support they give these athletes truly shows. We’re beyond grateful and excited to see what’s next for him. 💪🏽🏃🏽♂️
Parisi Fairfield is an exceptional place for kids to grow not just as athletes, but as individuals.
