Parisi is amazing my cousin introduced me to it this was amazing fun running training shout-out to coach Kenny
I’ve been taking my son there on and off for several years now. This place is great if you want to improve speed, strength and conditioning. This type of training can benefit any sport your child is into. Kenny and his team are top notch and every exercise program they have is great for improving athleticism.
My daughter has seen great results by going here. Highly recommend.
