Only two coachs at this classes knows what they are doing, they are consistent, knowledgeable and great with kids it’s Elliot White and Rachel Phillips, but they usually doing only personal trainings but it’s definitly worth it! All another staff just ridiculous, they have no idea what they are doing. Me and my husband are professional athlets and we just all the time almost having a heart attack watching how this “coaches” “teach” our kids.
