Ordered a piece of glass on Tuesday. Was told it would be delivered Wednesday on between 12-3:30pm. Called Wednesday at 3pm for the lady to tell me it won't be delivered today. I confronted her about what she told me the day before and she claims that she did not tell me it would be delivered on Wednesday. Which she did tell me that. Then, Thursday a man calls at 9am to tell me they're ready to deliver, when I told the woman I don't open til 12pm. When they came at 12 pm they were very rude to my employees. Absolutely amazing everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Ms. Linda had a beautiful spirit and help us in such timely manner while answering all our questions. We visited for windshield Knick repairs all 3 was done in less than 30 minutes. God bless you all.
They took care of our glass door after a break in. They were extremely quick to get it replaced the same day.
This business is the best for making glass, they are extremely precise, fast, and very nice. I highly recommend them.
Quick response to request for quote. Next day visit estimate pricing. We were told we needed to create a notch in tile for the shower wall. No problem. Called 2 days later and accepted the quote. Was told that notch needed to be cut before install. I confirmed that this would be the case and we would like to order the glass. Sales confirmed order and told us that it would be "normally" 7-10 days. She also had to verify if a deposit was necessary but came back to the phone to let us know it was not needed.
