I called Jen yesterday gave her a timeline that I would be home she.... We met and she got to work... found the problem right away fix it.. she was so friendly and listening to her knowledge I thought I would have to mortgage my home to pay her... boy was I surprised she does not break the bank... you need to call Jen for all your future needs cuz I sure will... Thanks a million Jen
She came out the same day within an hour and told me my issue, helped me get it working until we can afford to have her come back out to fix the issue, and has extremely reasonable prices. Highly recommend! Will be using her from now on!!
The lady who came by was very knowledgeable and accessed the problem almost immediately. She is a fine example of just what an HVAC repair/tech rep is supposed to be. I’m very grateful that she was the one who came here because I have had so many problems with some of the larger HVAC companies around Lafayette. GIVE THE GIRL A RAISE…SHES WORTH IT!
