The lady who came by was very knowledgeable and accessed the problem almost immediately. She is a fine example of just what an HVAC repair/tech rep is supposed to be. I’m very grateful that she was the one who came here because I have had so many problems with some of the larger HVAC companies around Lafayette. GIVE THE GIRL A RAISE…SHES WORTH IT!

I didn’t think it would have to come to me leaving a negative review, however, I feel it’s imperative to share my experience after having services done in my home. During the air conditioner repair process, damages were done to my house. After the repair was completed, I was guaranteed that someone would follow up to fix the damages.
