As a client of Mr Cook’s I was very pleased with his work. I had a very difficult and lengthy case and was thankful Mr. Cook offered thoughtful guidance and was tenacious handling my case. In addition, his staff was always responsive to my questions and assisted with information requested by the courts or other party. Nothing but good things to say about this firm. Always took care of what I needed and ensured I wasn't taken advantage of during my case. They were very prompt and committed to getting the best result.
James Cooke Jr.-DO NOT HIRE!!! It was a nightmare. Extremely disorganized, catered to the other side, did not look out for my best interest, didn't file things on time, didn't keep me informed, blamed me for everything and nothing was ever his fault, and I am still dealing with the consequences of his mishandling of my case. He's all about quantity NOT QUALITY! He'll give you his email and cell number but once you give him the money good luck getting a hold of him. Stay ways from this firm, they suck and you will not know a dam thing about your case, plus they over charge, never returning calls or emails just doing what they want and that is to figure how to take your money, regretting one thing in life, getting a recommendation to this firm.
Cooke overcharged and made me feel like he did not care about my case at all! He did not defend me and ultimately made me lose my case! His personal assistant is rude and her work ethic is pathetic. Take my advice and DO NOT HIRE COOKE!
