Amazing staff! I'm older and lately VERY out out of shape at 60, for a couple of reasons, but they made me feel comfortable and paid a great deal of attention to my weaknesses and adjusted as necessary. The coaches are so sweet and patient, especially Caitlyn. She's got an incredible "bedside manner" so to speak, all the patience in the world. But ALL of the coaches are awesome, and make you ferl like fsmily. Now I look forward to working out!
