This is one of the worst doctors offices I’ve been to. The staff is not patient or kind they were not helpful in addressing my skin conditions and made me feel unheard and with lack of treatment options. The doctor actually suggested I have a mental condition that is contributing to my skin rash. I went to another dermatologist office in Hampton and have finally been able to begin healing with the right treatment and staff helping to address my concerns as a patient. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
I had to give this office 5 stars because I went in with a very personal problem that I had been dealing with for at least 10 years (since I was about 15). Dr. Dehart listened to me, made me feel comfortable about the situation, and prescribed me something that I had been needing for waaay too long! It hasn’t even been a week and I’ve noticed a huge difference! I’m so happy! Also, the staff are so down to earth. I love them!
