I had a good experience with Dr Buehler until I had to cancel an appointment. Then I wasn't able to schedule with her anymore and I was moved to Dr Dehart who has plenty of availability since he is the worst rated dermatologist in the Hampton Roads area. I was just passed along with no communication. I reached out to Dr Buehler and never got a response. Most would consider this patient abandonment but I guess they get around it by funneling patients to the worst one in the practice. Very shady practice.

I don’t recommend they use discriminatory practices. They lie about submitting claims just to red line people and it is truly unfair. I will be taking this to the board of Dermatology.

Went in for a scalp blue light treatment. The nurse put on the medication and I had to sit and wait 2 hours before the blue light. The chairs they provide in the room are typical chairs you would sit in the waiting room for 10-15 minutes. NOT for sitting 2 hours in. Brought up the issue after sitting for 25 minutes (back was hurting) but the place does not really care too much about patient comfort. I'll look in to another derm practice.
