Furthermore, this tense atmosphere extends to the clinic environment; the staff's interactions convey a notable sense of animosity and collective stress.

It’s a shame to call this woman a doctor. She doesn’t know how to talk to a patient. I am an over 65 year old patient and I have been treated with disrespect in front of my daughters. Treats patients like they do not understand anything and is extremely rude. I had to change my doctor and even thought my new OB is too far for me I still rather him than her.

A complete disappointment. I booked an appointment, paid cash and waited for hours to be humiliated and disrespected by this woman. She shamed me for my body figure and was very harsh. I have not been able to go to another OBGYN ever since.

Dr. Pourzand and her team are amazing! The staff is so warm and friendly, which really helped ease my medical anxiety. Dr. Pourzand listened, validated my concerns, and never dismissed my chronic pain or quality of life. This office truly feels like a safe space for women I finally felt heard and cared for.
