We had such a good experience with Paris312 for our daughter’s first birthday! They were quick to respond via text about customizing garland colors to match our theme, were on time, and even rearranged the garland to make sure to not cover our backdrop, which was so thoughtful! Will definitely use them again for any balloon needs and highly recommend!!
