Wish I wasn’t coming back to edit my review, but after a terrifying experience followed by near loss of my kitten’s life, I must. I had been a customer for many years and always found the staff to be knowledgeable, kind and prompt. However this past spring my tiny kitten at only 3 months of age was unnecessarily handled so roughly during a routine immunization by the vet with initials PM that she was screaming and completely traumatized, as was I.
