Great service and friendly staff!
First time customer here. Came in with no appointment needing my tired plugged due to a screw being in it. They did the fix in about an hour and for free. Very respectful and quick.
I’ve been coming to Paris tire on and off over the years. They have always been very helpful whenever I come in and need work done on my car. I have been so busy lately that I forgot to get a new oil change and they texted me with a reminder right when I needed it. Will definitely be coming here many more times. I highly recommend.
Made an appointment to get an oil change and have tpms sensors replaced. Was told when booking service should take 90 minutes. Dropped off on time, came back 90 minutes later, assuming a wait for it to be completed was likely. Vehicle hadn't been pulled in to even be worked on. Why make an appointment? Wanted to try local, mistake I won't make again.
