Horrible experience. I went for the eyebrows, and clearly gave the instructions how I wanted my brows(just extra growths to be removed, no shape required), also showed the reference picture so they don’t mess my eyebrows but the girl eventually did mess my eyebrows giving the reason- it was like that and I just removed single hair. No apologies, zero customer service, didn’t even offer for the gel application post eyebrows contrary to how the last customer was treated. Never going back for sure.

horrible experience for their pedicure, should stick to doing only eyebrows. my shellac polish came off same day and I received no apology and both of the ladies yelling and being aggressive at me on the phone when I explained what had happened even when I paid for a service to be done. They had even accused me of taking off the nail polish myself as if I would take the time to do so AFTER I SPENT MONEY to get my nails done. Unbelievably unprofessional and rude. Do better..
