The wax lady double dipped my used stick into the wax pot, also the wax tin was basically done and she had over heated the wax and burned my skin and its now hyper-pigmented. They also promote their facial and then half way through the waxing service mention how “badly” i need one…i’m new to the area and DON’T RECOMMEND.
I had a wonderful experience getting a facial at this salon. The staff was professional, welcoming, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. My skin feels so refreshed and glowing, and I loved how they explained each step and recommended tips for my skin type. I’m really happy with the results and would definitely recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality skincare services. Thank you for such a relaxing experience.
I had the most incredible experience with Ruby during my facial and brow threading appointment! Not only is she exceptionally skilled at what she does—leaving my skin glowing and my brows perfectly shaped—but she went above and beyond by helping care for my 6-month-old while I was being pampered. It was my first time at the salon & I wanted a new look with colour to cover the grey. Karin showed me photos & we agreed on a process. Results were fabulous ! Very professional & service oriented! I’ll be back for sure!👍
