The sleep exam was for December 2022 but delayed to January. Staff was very pleasant. No issues at all. My doctor received the results in March but could only meet with their doctor in May. I was told that I was a serious case, not breathing for periods of 50 seconds. I have heart condition and was told it was very bad on the heart. We've been waiting 2 years for results from a sleep study. Calls haven't helped, staff said "they're working on it". Family doctor has requested report - no response. At this point we will go elsewhere as the issues have just gotten worse without treatment. Considering a cpso complaint just to get reports seems extreme but 2 years is ludicrous.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Called several times and emailed. First time they called back and said they never got my wife's referral. Yeah sure, My doctor emailed them at exactly the same time. This is my third sleep test and I get no response from them. You think they would treat prior patients a little better. Don't waste your time with this place.
Do not go here!! Won't get results for a year and a half and staff couldn't care less. They have the results but won't share until a "consult". Go anywhere else and get results in 6 weeks! 1 year update since originally posting...still no call back or apt. Thank goodness for utube, I adjusted the cpap level myself.
2 sleep studies been 2 years now and still no results! Ladies working at the lab very pleasant! Whoever takes the calls is ignorant ive given up now! Also look up at the lights before they switch them off not sure what bugs they are but definitely something! Gross
