we recently lost our adopted cat. He was my mother's cat and became our cat when she went into an assisted living. We had him just over 2 years, but it is unclear how old he was. It was unexpected and with the loss of any pet, heart breaking. Renee was wonderful and helpful, and her band of greeters really helped us, they seemed to know just what to do. Thank you for your kindness and willingness to listen to the stories. It helped more then you know.
Renee was so caring and considerate. She made sure we were ok with her taking our Anakin out of the box and placing him on the blanket. She let us have as much time as we needed to say good bye. We did not feel rushed at all. And we got to bring our baby home on the same day! Thank you for everything you did during this very rough time for us!

Thank you so very much for taking care of the final stage of my sweet Delilah's life. Some say "it was just a chicken, why would you get it cremated?!" Delilah was my pet...she lived inside the house, she loved to cuddle with me, sometimes she even slept in my bed with me and she also gave me so many beautiful blue eggs! I love her and now I can keep her forever...she wasn't just a chicken, she was my pet and will always be my sweet Delilah!
I wish there was a way to leave 100 Stars. Renee was so compassionate empathetic and caring! She was born for this job. it's such a difficult time and it's never easy and people don't know what to say but she knew all the right things to say to make me feel better and to make this very difficult time easier to bear. When there were no words she knew exactly what to say or not say anything & that's what makes a true friend and the perfect person for this type of work. Thank you you Renee from the bottom of my heart.
