These were a group of professionals that know their trade well. My daughter who was in high school, bought me a gift card for massage, mani, pedi ( expensive for her ) I was upset she spent so much of her money on me. During and after my appointment I was surprised with the quality of service I received, it surpassed anything I`d ever received, before, anywhere. Paris Parker is fantastic!! I have been seeing Keeley at Paris Parker for the last 8 yrs and I couldn't imagine anyone else coloring my hair!! I live in Lafayette and drive to New Orleans just to have my hair done! She is sooo worth the drive! The staff is great and everyone is really friendly at the magazine st location. I always leave the salon looking and feeling great! Can't wait for my next appointment!
I have my hair styled every other Friday, with the most amazing hairdresser. The concierges all know me by name & make a point to speak to me when they see me. I left my bankcard + couldn't pay & the head concierge was very sweet + took perfect care of everything. All the other stylists are very polite & so friendly. Even though the prices can be a little expensive, the experience is worth it. I cannot wait for my next appointment.
When I went there the people were cold and impersonal, off doing what they wanted and talking and I the customer came last. They have great products yes, but there employees need classes on customer relations.
This is a top salon that gives great haircuts and wonderful products.
