They don’t answer their phones, there is no way for you to get in contact with them other than by mail. They don’t not complete a job once they start it. In my opinion they are a second rate law firm that is no better than a law clinic, at least with legal aid you stand a chance of getting a return phone call or even someone getting back to you.
Been on hold for over 4 hours. Interesting they don't answer the phone or have a real website.
