Sales person upsold us to try out 2 different knee braces. My son liked one and went to return the second. Missed the 2 week return policy by a week due to Christmas and new years. They would not return. Beware, scammers!!!
Terrible customer service! A doctor recommend a pair of Paris orthotics. When they were complete, Paris called me to pick them up. I returned their call, got voice mail, left a message, now repeat this at least three times over a couple of weeks and zero response! My doctor wanted to see me again to understand if the orthotics were working! I couldn't get Paris to call me back so I could pick them up!!
Do not get your Orthotics from these people they cannot answer any questions about how the item is made, they want to past any questions onto the doctor they take no credibility for the items they make.
