Terrible customer service! A doctor recommend a pair of Paris orthotics. When they were complete, Paris called me to pick them up. I returned their call, got voice mail, left a message, now repeat this at least three times over a couple of weeks and zero response! My doctor wanted to see me again to understand if the orthotics were working! I couldn't get Paris to call me back so I could pick them up!!
Do not get your Orthotics from these people they cannot answer any questions about how the item is made, they want to past any questions onto the doctor they take no credibility for the items they make.
I recently had foot surgery and my surgeon advised me to get a carbon fibre spring plate from Paris. Since my surgery was on my right foot, I couldn't drive there so Paris charged me $175 and sent it in the mail. I couldn't believe it when I received this 1/8 inch thick insole. $175!!! Just recently I was in Kintec and they were shocked. Their carbon fiber spring plate insoles are $50. I was ripped off!!
