My wife and I were having lunch nearby on a Sunday and decided to give this place a try. We called ahead politely to see if they had time for both of us to get pedicures together. We offered 12:45; they suggested 12:30. We agreed. When we arrived, it was immediately clear the salon was understaffed. One of the technicians started two chairs and told me to sit down. I was super excited to find a nail salon that was open on Sunday. I called and I made an appointment for 12 PM, but when I arrived (at 1150) I was seated immediately and they didn’t start working on me until 1230. They did not tell me that they were running behind they just kind of left me sitting there. I really wouldn’t have mind if they communicated that with me .
