GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS IS IMPORTANT if your business services clients!!! On Thursday I had an extremely unpleasant experience. I came in for a full set of nails. I’ve never been charged to have my nails shaped or for choosing white tips vs. the natural color tip. I was charged additional prices for services that come with receiving a full set.
