Would give a zero. Don’t go here. Very rude, dirty and old. I was getting a basic manicure. I asked tech nicely to clean cuticles very good around my nail bed and she got attitude. For the massage part she patted on my arms like she wasn’t trying to do anything then said..Ok, you’re done. Literally cleaned my cuticles and patted my arms for $18. If a business expects a customer to pay then the customer should receive the full service and a positive customer experience. You will not get that here. DO NOT GO HERE.
Never again. This is the worst service I’ve ever had. The lady didn’t clean my nails just started put shellac on my nails. And on top of that, she let my pants soak in the water 🤦♀️. My fiancé got a manicure and they didn’t even put polish on his nails. I will not be back.
