I paid $70 for a BASIC pedicure and my toes have been burning and painful around the edges of both big toenails ever since. It has now been a week and they are still hurting. One of my big toenails has also randomly cracked/broken since the service. The skin around the nail edges is irritated, and this is not something I normally experience. As a cosmetologist myself, I have concerns about how the service was performed and the sanitation practices, so I will be reporting my experience to the board.
