I contacted this group as a self referral for a mamogram. My first appointment was cancelled the morning of as I was on the way to the clinic as the technician was sick. I completely understand that can happen and rebooked without issue. I ended up being sick for my rescheduled date and their office VM was full and you couldn't leave a message, they wouldn't accept any responsibility for this and said I was in violation of the cancellation policy. I had my first ever mammogram today and Cecilia was my x-ray technician. She was gentle, kind, knowledgeable, and informative. I am grateful to have such a wonderful medical imaging centre in our town with wonderful technicians.
