I had my first ever mammogram today and Cecilia was my x-ray technician. She was gentle, kind, knowledgeable, and informative. I am grateful to have such a wonderful medical imaging centre in our town with wonderful technicians.
Had a Ultrasound today. Young lady was amazing. Friendly, happy and very professional. Great experience. One week wait for a Ultrasound and exrays right away. Thank you to all workers at this location for a great experience.
When looking to book an appointment, this centre was showing the shortest wait time. I called to make an appointment on Friday and they were able to schedule me for Monday! The receptionist was friendly and kind. Upon my arrival, I was pleased with the cleanliness of the facilities and free parking. This was all a great start, but Cecilia's care and professionalism is really what made this a 5* experience for me. They Don't answer the phone waste of time. The receptionist have one job and can't do that right yet they want me to trust the medical staff...
