This had to be one of the worst experiences of my life by far! I came in to receive a pelvic exam, I was already worried about what could come from it, and the lady who did my exam was extremely rude, literally looked at me and said “why are you so tense? You’re making it harder for me to do my job.” This is extremely unprofessional And not the way that we treat patients in a clinic. By far the worst. Worst experience in my life by far.
I contacted this group as a self referral for a mamogram. My first appointment was cancelled the morning of as I was on the way to the clinic as the technician was sick. I completely understand that can happen and rebooked without issue. I ended up being sick for my rescheduled date and their office VM was full and you couldn't leave a message, they wouldn't accept any responsibility for this and said I was in violation of the cancellation policy. These people are amazing. i never have to wait long. they are so professional. i’ve dealt with only kind caring people
