Paris Mechanical responded quickly when our high-efficiency gas furnace was not functioning correctly. Inadequate venting was causing a problem. A service technician from Paris resolved this quickly. Later, we noticed that one new vent joint was leaking. Paris quickly sent a technician to resolve the problem. Nice to have a service company stand behind their work and fix a problem without any argument. We called Paris again to have a licensed gas fitter inspect an outdoor gas supply valve and ensure it was safe to use with a new barbecue. The company responded quickly and the inspection was done for a reasonable cost.
They responded and figured out our issue immediately!! They made time the following day to fix our plumbing. Great guys, polite and knowledgeable. Would definitely use them again.
