Paris Mechanical responded quickly when our high-efficiency gas furnace was not functioning correctly. Inadequate venting caused problems but a service technician from Paris resolved this quickly. We called Paris again to have a licensed gas fitter inspect an outdoor gas supply valve and ensure it was safe to use with a new barbecue. The company responded quickly and the inspection was done for a reasonable cost.
They responded and figured out our issue immediately!! They made time the following day to fix our plumbing. Great guys, polite and knowledgeable. Would definitely use them again.

Senior parents called to have a sink looked at. Paid for the callout and was advised the sink needed a new p-trap. A $14 part at Home Depot. Quoted $600 to fix it and the sink was left unusable. Essentially forcing them to pay the price or have not have a usable sink without a major leak. Called another company to see if the quote was accurate and they came right away and were so unimpressed with the original quote and service, they fixed it for free.
